Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Postal service problems outside of our control or a high volume of orders as we start our business may cause a delay in your order delivery.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently offer no international shipping to countries outside the United States. Please be patient as we assess the logistics of selling outside the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
submerch.com uses US Postal Service, as they are the only carrier that can ship to PO boxes. There are limitations when it comes to the size of the parcel that can be delivered to a PO box. If your package doesn't fit, USPS will hold your package aside.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Clearance discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at returns@submerch.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will inspect your returned items on receipt, and within 10 days we will notify you of confirmation of your refund – if the goods are in unused condition, in the original packaging. From the time we process a refund, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the funds to you, and that is not within submerch.com control.
If more than 15 business days have passed since you've sent your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@submerch.com.
