Refund policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received; unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in the original packaging.
To start a return, email returns@submerch.com. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you are returning, and the reason you wish to return (with a reason for each product if returning more than one item). When your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, with instructions.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective products
Please inspect your order upon receipt – contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
The following types of items cannot be returned:
- custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- clearance sale items
- gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will inspect your returned items on receipt, and within 10 days we will notify you of confirmation of your refund – if the goods are in unused condition, in the original packaging. From the time we process a refund, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the funds to you, and that is not within submerch.com control.
If more than 15 business days have passed since you've sent your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@submerch.com.
